2. The Revisy service
Revisy provides a cloud-based platform for musicians, producers and audio engineers to collaborate on projects. Features include audio upload and storage, synchronized playback, timestamped notes, real-time chat and version management. Collaborators can join with their own account or as guests (via link, without an account).
Desktop app: we offer a desktop app that watches a folder you choose and automatically sends exported audio files from your DAW to the service. You can generate personal API keys to connect it. A mobile app is not yet available.
2.1. Availability
We may seek high availability, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. The service may be affected by maintenance, failures or interruptions, including dependencies on third-party providers.
2.2. Changes to the service
We may modify, suspend or discontinue parts of the service at any time for technical, legal, commercial or security reasons. When reasonable, we will notify you by email, in-app notice or website notice.
3. Accounts and security
To access most features, you may need to register an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of unauthorized use or a security breach.
4. User content and intellectual property
User Content includes audio files, images, text, comments, messages and other materials submitted to the service. You keep all rights to your User Content. By submitting it, you grant Revisy a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license limited to what is necessary to operate the service, including hosting, storing, processing, playback, backups, waveform generation, previews, metadata and sharing with collaborators you authorize.
Revisy does not claim ownership over your music and does not create derivative works for commercial purposes without your express authorization. You represent that you have the rights and permissions required to upload and share your content.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the service to upload infringing content, distribute malware, harass or abuse others, perform unauthorized access, exploit vulnerabilities, bypass security measures, reverse engineer improperly or use the service for illegal or unauthorized purposes. We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated.
6. Plans, payments and Stripe
Revisy offers a free Basic plan and a paid Premium plan (monthly or annual subscription) with additional features. Pricing and conditions are shown before purchase. Payments for the Premium plan are processed by Stripe. Revisy generally does not store full card details, and we may receive limited payment information needed to operate subscriptions and provide support.
If a plan is recurring, you authorize automatic charges until cancellation. Payment failures may result in suspension of paid features. Cancellation and refund conditions will be shown at purchase or in a specific policy. Unless otherwise stated or required by law, payments are non-refundable.
7. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, if legally required, if there is a security risk or if the service is misused. You may stop using the service at any time. Account deletion, when available, may result in loss of access and content according to retention rules and legal obligations.
8. Disclaimer of warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of uninterrupted availability, error-free operation or fitness for a particular purpose.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Revisy, its directors, employees and agents will not be liable for indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, including lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill or other intangible losses.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. When changes are material, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you by email, in-app notice or website notice. Continued use after changes become effective means acceptance of the updated Terms.
11. Governing law and venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of Brazil. The courts of Volta Redonda/RJ are elected as venue, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
